Spread the Love to our neighbors!
Take part in Spread the Love – a special volunteer event to share our love and holiday spirit with our neighbors facing hunger. On February 15, 2025 come to the Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland Volunteer Center, where we’ll work together to pack food resources for seniors and children in our local community and show some of our community’s vulnerable peoples our love.
What to Expect:
- NEW Spread the Love Stickers: Show your support for FAKH and help us Spread the Love with a new branded sticker!
- Sweet Treats: Enjoy sweet treats as we pack boxes of nourishing food for our neighbors.
- Community Spirit: Bring your friends, family or colleagues – together, we can make a meaningful difference.
Tickets are free but a $5 donation per person is encouraged.

You Can Spread the Love!
Valentine’s Day is all about love – romantic love, platonic love, love of all kinds – and this year we are inviting you to Spread the Love to our neighbors facing hunger!
Each year around Valentine’s Day, community-minded businesses and groups collect PB&J and donate it to FAKH to help us ‘Spread the Love.’ This year we want to involve even more of our community in Spreading the Love for our neighbors and so we are hosting a special volunteer opportunity, but we still welcome Spread the Love food drives!
