Support Senior Food Programs

Millions of seniors across our region struggle to access the nutritious meals necessary to live healthy and active lifestyles. In fact, many seniors often have to choose between food and other basic needs, such as housing and medicine. This lack of access to healthy food not only impacts their physical well-being, but also increases their vulnerability to chronic health conditions and mental health issues.

Fortunately, you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors in our community by supporting Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland. By contributing to our senior food programs, you’re providing vital support to those who need it most. Donate today to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community.

Every Item of Food Counts.

At the end of the day, we can’t feed our neighbors facing hunger without the help of community members like you.

We are happy to accept food donations from manufacturers, retailers, produce growers, distributors and community members. Want to drop off food at our Elizabethtown distribution center? View our daily hours here.

If you are a manufacturer or retailer contact our Food Donations and Inventory Manager, Karen Fitzsimmons, at kfitzsimmons@feedingamericaky.org

If you are a farmer or produce grower contact our Inventory Perishable Specialist, Richie Fairfax, at rfairfax@feedingamericaky.org
